Without gyms being open, I'm sure it's hard for most of us to find workouts we enjoy as much as those in our usual schedule. Obviously I'm not a expert, but here are my favorite home workouts that keep me happy and healthy:
Alexis Ren 10 Minute Abs

I do this ab workout everyday to warm up and keep my core engaged throughout my remaining workout. I've tried so many ab workout including the chloe ting one everyone seems to be obsessed with, but I always come back to Alexis'.
Natacha Ocean 15 Minute HIIT
After my ab workout, I always do a HIIT workout (aka high intensity interval training). Natacha always has my favorite workouts because she doesn't talk you through the workouts, leaving the choice of music up to me. Furthermore HIIT workouts are highly effective in targeting fat while maintaining muscle. These workouts are super quick and I've found them to release lots of endorphins and leave me energized and motivated. The video of Natacha in the black outfit is, in my opinion, more challenging, and I do it more often. However, I do like to do the other video to maintain variety in my routine. Both videos are 3 sets of 5 workouts, but I sometimes like to rewind the video and do another set or two depending on how I feel.

I feel a slight twinge of embarrassment when I think about just how link many other people love the Must just like I do. Cartier certainly nailed the aesthetic je link ne sais quois of the moment, and it turns out I am not immune to the trend. But I'd argue that the Must's aesthetic is a little more link evergreen, a little more classic than your typical fashion watch. As Rainero says, "Trends imply a moment that will end." More than 40 years on, it's safe to say the Must has endured.
It's a constant link shimmy between impulses and locks, impulses and locks. With each herky-jerky, Gumby-like movement, the link detent is actively regulating each passing second to ensure that only one wheel is doing its job at any given link time.
Down in Dallas and link Houston, de Boulle is consistently moving the scene forward; they quickly became an established force link in the industry. They also created a scene where it didn't previously exist, bringing a number of premier horological manufacturers to the Lone Star link state. But what took me by surprise is their incredible accomplishments in the realm of motorsports, with Nick Boulle having won the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona.
